Custom moulded hearing protection products
Autotel has specialised in custom moulded hearing protection products for the last1 4 years and manufactured over 20,000 sets of hearing protection plugs and communictions earpieces during this time. We have our own specialised in house Lab and have 5 staff trained by the British Audiological society to take impressions of your ears.
Our product is made from medical grade silicone and has the option of special sound filters to maintain a level of hearing if required.
Custom Hearing Protection Earpieces
Our custom moulded hearing protection earpieces provide a higher level of hearing protection with the ultimate in comfort and durability.
The medical grade silicone earpieces give a perfect fit every time and are designed to give the user long term comfort and hygiene compared with ear defender or low cost ear plug solutions.
These ear piece sets can be supplied as solid plugs, or fitted with an acoustic filter that allows normal speach and sounds to still be heard but give a high level of protecion form harmful noise.
These earpieces are are also available with full CE approval if required.
Custom Moulded Earpieces with built in micro speakers
These earpieces are of the same grade as our standard protection plugs but have micro speakers fitted inside to give protection and receive communications in even the highest noise environments.
Developed for motorsport these earpieces also have many commercial applications where speach band audio needs to be heard in high noise situations.

Acoustic Communications sets
Again using the same high quality hearing protection plugs these earpieces use an acoustic tube to feed the sound into the earpiece.
